We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engagement, and growth by planning and executing effective marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while ensuring authentic brand representation.
The brands you will manage within the Style division: On, Converse, CAT Footwear, Merrell.
Responsibilities
~1 min readDevelop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with each brand’s strategy.
Collaborate with agencies to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize activities to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand message.
Create and curate content tailored to the local audience while maintaining global brand identity.
Plan and manage paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners in Romania.
Develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions with partners.
Ensure strong brand visibility across partners’ online and offline channels.
Prepare comprehensive seasonal marketing plans, including strategies, objectives, KPIs, and key initiatives.
Conduct post-season analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
Identify and manage partnerships aligned with brand values.
Plan and execute local events and activations (e.g., shoe testing events, community activations) to engage consumers.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ROI across all activities.
Collaborate with media and influencers to develop and implement PR strategies.
Manage relationships with brand ambassadors in Romania.
Identify and engage influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
