Marketing Specialist

Our Sensient Pharmaceuticals business is located in Geesthacht, Germany. For this location, we are looking to hire a Sr. Marketing Specialist, who will develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately revenue growth for our pharmaceutical products range. You will plan, implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns, ensuring that content is consistent and properly communicates the Sensient Pharma brand across digital and print channels.

What you’ll do: 

• Analyse consumer trends and market developments
• Create marketing materials for presentations / trainings for the nutraceutical and over-the-counter markets in Europe
• Drive brand awareness and position Sensient clearly
• Enhance our Sensient brand as an innovator, introducing new product development launches and providing the sales team with tools to grow revenue that meet customers’ needs
• Support the commercial functions to cater for ad hoc needs concerning customer requests or projects
• Provide analytics and insights with a focus on website management and SEO/SEM optimization

What you’ll bring: 

• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute a degree
• Extensive Marketing experience, ideally in the nutraceutical industry, food/beverage market or consumer packaged goods
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; An additional major European language will be advantageous
• Experience in managing projects from A-Z
• Proficient with marketing-related software programs and digital platforms
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
