Job Description

El principal deber del Psicólogo(a) es contribuir al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, tanto a nivel individual como grupal, mediante el apoyo a estudiantes que presenten dificultades en su desarrollo emocional y social. Su objetivo es identificar los factores que influyen en los problemas de adaptación e interacción que puedan experimentar dentro del contexto escolar y, a través de intervenciones grupales en los distintos niveles educativos, promover un clima adecuado para el desarrollo integral y armónico de los estudiantes.

Es responsabilidad del trabajador o trabajadora promover y resguardar el bienestar de los niños, niñas y jóvenes bajo su cuidado o con quienes tenga contacto. Para ello, deberá cumplir y garantizar en todo momento la aplicación de los Procedimientos de Salvaguarda del Colegio Pedro de Valdivia relacionados con la protección de niños y jóvenes.

Si durante el desempeño de sus funciones detecta alguna situación en la que un estudiante esté sufriendo o pueda sufrir algún daño dentro del colegio o en su entorno familiar, deberá informar inmediatamente sus inquietudes a la Dirección de Ciclo correspondiente o a un integrante del Comité de Convivencia, para que se actúe de acuerdo con el Reglamento Interno y los protocolos establecidos.

• Psicólogo(a) titulado(a) (requisito excluyente).

• Inglés intermedio.

• Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office.

• Mínimo de 2 a 3 años de experiencia profesional.
