• →Preparing bid specifications and issuing bid requests to several vendors and suppliers.
• →Evaluating approved suppliers and negotiating price, delivery and quality of products.
• →Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers.
• →Negotiating with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations etc.
• →Identifying and recommending opportunities that bring innovation, cost efficiencies and optimize service and quality.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Cost Analysis.
• Experience in preparing costing files, price analyses, and supplier quotations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• At least 4 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.

Desired:

• Master’s Degree will be considered a plus.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Understanding of Hardware/Electronics is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP.

• Willingness to take initiative and drive results.
• Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking.
• Very good planning and time-management skills.
• High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively as part of a team.
