Project Team Leader

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Team Leader to join our PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA, where you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding technical staff and project managers, shaping project outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

• →Lead and inspire a talented group of professionals, keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement
• →Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational activities to ensure optimal team performance
• →Develop and mentor staff to deliver high-quality projects—on time and within budget
• →Directly manage projects of varying size and scope, from planning and proposal development to closeout and client satisfaction
• →Monitor financial performance, recommend improvements, and drive business practice targets
• →Communicate regularly with leadership and staff, sharing key wins, recognition, and performance updates
• →Champion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure technical excellence

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of combined project management and technical leadership experience
• Proven success as a leader—strategic, technically astute, and client-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all settings
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the company
• Strong experience with project budgeting and financial oversight
• Professional technical licensure required or equivalent professional experience
