We are looking for an IT Support Specialist / Junior System Administrator to join our IT department and support users, workstations, Microsoft 365, on-prem infrastructure, office systems, and internal IT services.
This role is suitable for someone with hands-on experience in a Windows corporate environment who wants to develop further in system administration and infrastructure support.

Main responsibilities
  • Provide L1–L2 support for users, workstations, laptops, printers, email, VPN, office software, and meeting room equipment.
  • Administer users, groups, access rights, and basic objects in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Support on-prem infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file shares, print services, and basic server troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, network shares, printers, user profiles, and common workstation issues.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN/IP/DNS/DHCP, network ports, and connectivity issues.
  • Prepare IT equipment for new employees, handle equipment returns, and maintain IT asset records.
  • Work with ticketing/RMM tools, document completed work, and escalate issues when required.
  • Participate in IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, equipment replacement, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk, or junior system administration.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Required hands-on experience with on-prem infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file shares, network printers, and local servers.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Practical experience with Active Directory: users, groups, OUs, basic GPOs, password resets, and access rights.
  • Basic understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi, NAT, and firewalls.
  • Experience supporting a mixed environment with local infrastructure and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with users and colleagues.
  • Estonian and/or Russian at working level. English sufficient for technical documentation.

Nice to have
  • Experience with Exchange Server / Exchange Online.
  • Experience with RMM, EDR, antivirus, or endpoint management tools.
  • Basic PowerShell skills.
  • Experience with UniFi, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network equipment.
  • Experience supporting meeting room systems such as Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Barco ClickShare, Logitech Rally / Tap.
