Project Delivery Manager (Estonian Language)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Project Delivery Manager with strong client-facing and delivery management skills to join our international team.
This role focuses on project delivery while also involving active participation in presale activities, including identifying new opportunities, supporting bid responses, and managing projects when they transition into execution.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee delivery streams, safeguard outcomes, and manage all acceptance processes with the customer.
The Project Delivery Manager will:

• Ensure project results are delivered, properly documented, and formally accepted.
• Act as the main communication bridge with the customer (in Estonian).
• Participate in presales to help secure and shape new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with the customer in Estonian language.
• Oversee project delivery: ensure outcomes are tracked, documented, and signed off.
• Manage the acceptance process, including hours worked, scope delivered, deadlines met, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Support and shield delivery team members by resolving disputes, clarifying scope, and ensuring all required inputs are provided.
• Ensure and secure that deadlines, budgets, and delivery volumes are met in strict accordance with agreed expectations, taking proactive measures to guarantee successful delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Prepare project reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Pre-sales & growth:
  • Government Entities (Public Sector)
  • Contribute to RFP/bid responses and proposals.
  • Identify and catch new business opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
  • Prepare delivery approaches, resource plans, and cost estimates.
  • Manage newly won opportunities as Delivery Manager, ensuring smooth transition into execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Fluent Estonian (spoken and written) for direct communication with customer representatives.
• 3+ years of Project Delivery Management in IT/software projects.
• Proven experience overseeing delivery streams with clear acceptance and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile processes (Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement).
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing contractual acceptance processes (documenting hours, deliverables, and deadlines).
• Proficiency with Jira and other project tracking tools.
• Good command of English for internal communication.

Great Advantage

• Experience working in regulated or public-sector projects.
• Track record of active presales involvement: identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and converting them into projects.
• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master/PO.
• Proven ability to drive full-scale IT projects once opportunities are secured.
