We're expanding Intuitech's HR team and looking for a motivated new colleague who is eager to learn and excited to broaden their experience across different areas of HR. 🚀
As our company portfolio continues to grow with a number of exciting new projects, we're primarily seeking someone who can support us with a wide range of HR tasks, from onboarding through employee relations to team-building initiatives. In this role, you would be responsible for the full lifecycle
of approximately 70 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting employees with their questions and needs. Whether they require an Income Certificate or just some help around any administrative matters, you’ll be their go-to person.
- Supporting company growth, it’s essential to find the right talents to our team and you will be part of the full recruitment cycle as well.
- Handling onboarding tasks and making sure the first days of our new colleagues are as smooth as possible, helping them get everything they need.
- Supporting employment-related administrative duties, such as handling contracts and preparing & updating reports.
- Preparing payroll administration accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal company policies.
- Independently manage end-to-end HR projects and tasks, demonstrating proactivity and responsibility.
- Keeping our team spirit alive and kicking by finding creative ways for us to hang out, learn together, and simply have a great time as a team.
What we expect from you:
- We’re looking for a proactive and creative person who doesn’t shy away from challenges, but approaches tasks independently and with ownership.
- You enjoy having the opportunity to independently find solutions and resolve challenges.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally gained in roles involving HR administration, with basic understanding of payroll processes and labor law.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc completed) preferably in Human Recources Management or other business related fields.
- Effective communication skills: you’re able to find common ground with everyone from the most introverted developer to the most extroverted Product Owner.
- Interest in organizing team building – it’s a big plus if you already have experience in this area.
- If software development and AI topics excite you, you’ll feel right at home here!
- You speak English confidently.
