System Architect

Joins Us as a System Architect! 

This role sits between business and technology. You'll be the person who turns business requirements into actionable technical work, keeps development processes moving, and makes sure everyone  from developers to stakeholders  is aligned on what's being built and why. 

Your future tasks:

• Gathering, analyzing, and aligning business requirements with the platform and development teams 

• Creating detailed technical tickets based on those requirements 

• Coordinating and actively monitoring development activities  

• Maintaining contact with both business and IT stakeholders 

• Managing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets in Jira and ServiceNow 

• Preparing specifications, user stories, and business documentation 

• Preparing status reports and keeping process documentation up to date (Confluence) 

• Supporting and coordinating release management and UAT processes 

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of relevant experience — as a systems organizer, developer, architect 

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Azure 

• Confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Independent, precise, and proactive you don't wait for problems to escalate 

• Fluent Hungarian and intermediate-level professional English communication 
• Contractor setup preferred, but we're flexible and open to employment as well
   
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise-level system landscape documentation 

• ITIL, PMP, or similar certification 

• Deeper Azure knowledge
