Site Selection & Development Project Manager

We are looking for ambitious and passionate Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Solutions Team. Our team is responsible for consulting foreign investors on greenfield and brownfield investments and advising them on site selection, infrastructure installation as well as implementation of the manufacturing, life sciences investment projects. We also present the needs of investors to other public institutions to support the continued improvement of Lithuania’s investment environment. 

• Perform site selection analysis and advise companies on best possible location for establishing in Lithuania. 

• Consult and navigate investors through various territorial, land planning, construction, infrastructure, special land use and other legal procedures. 

• Gain an in-depth understanding of greenfield/brownfield project implementation process, generate insights and solutions to answer relevant questions necessary to implement greenfield/brownfield projects. 

• Attend and support investors in various meetings with partners, central and local government institutions, and any other organizations to ensure smooth and timely implementation of their projects.   

• Assist investors in familiarizing them with local requirements or in helping to overcome difficulties as they arise. 

• Coordinate initiatives for advancing special economic zones and industrial parks in Lithuania. 

• Participate in creating plans for investment climate improvement in fostering greenfield/brownfield investments in Lithuania. 

• A university degree, preferably in Engineering, Law, Business, Economics, International Relations, Management, etc. 

• Your unique experience – at least 3 years in project management and/or business consultancy. 

• Experience in the field of infrastructure, real estate, construction, site selection, real estate or land law or other related fields would be an advantage. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian. 

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Creativity and drive to improve, learn and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
