We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to own and optimize the end-to-end renewal process for InvestorFlow's client base. This is a high-impact role within our Revenue Operations function, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for ensuring renewals close on time, at the right terms, and with minimal revenue leakage — while delivering a smooth, professional experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented and data-driven, comfortable working cross-functionally, and confident engaging directly with clients when needed to drive renewal outcomes.
