iRely-Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and technology-driven Digital Growth Specialist to manage and grow the company's digital presence across websites, landing pages, and online marketing channels.
This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving product websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. As iRely expands its software offerings into new markets and industries, this individual will play a key role in launching and managing multiple product brands and digital properties.
The ideal candidate embraces AI as a core part of their workflow and leverages modern tools to rapidly create websites, content, campaigns, and digital experiences while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and business impact.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Create, launch, and maintain product websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that support business growth and lead generation.
- Ensure websites remain current, accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding and messaging.
- Manage website structure, navigation, user experience, and conversion paths to maximize visitor engagement.
- Coordinate website updates, product launches, new feature releases, and content enhancements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to create, update, and optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, product messaging, and digital assets.
- Develop compelling customer-facing content that clearly communicates product capabilities and business value.
- Create and maintain product pages, solution overviews, case studies, videos, and other digital marketing assets.
- Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and marketing tools that improve productivity, content quality, and digital performance.
- Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion paths that increase qualified leads and demo requests.
- Monitor website traffic, visitor behavior, lead generation performance, and conversion metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Support the launch and growth of product brands across multiple industries and markets.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and customer experience across all digital properties.
- Improve visibility across search engines, AI-powered discovery platforms, and emerging digital channels.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, customer needs, and market positioning.

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, growth marketing, or related roles.
- Experience creating and managing websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, website development, research, or marketing automation.
