iRely is seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Senior ERP Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team at our corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying iRely's ERP Software Products and Solutions, helping customers streamline their operations and maximize the value of their investment.
As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure software solutions, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of our products. This position combines business process expertise, technical aptitude, project execution, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer business processes, objectives, and operational needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide exceptional service and support to strategic and enterprise customers.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), customer training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions for administrators, trainers, and end users.
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and sales support activities as needed.
- Configure and deploy iRely's ERP software based on customer requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with data validation, system testing, workflow configuration, and business process optimization.
- Provide remote and onsite support during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer challenges.
- Follow implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices established by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and proactively address project challenges.
- Document implementation processes, customer requirements, and project deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation tools, training materials, and customer success processes.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree; BA, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of work experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience implementing ERP software product
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in integration, cloud services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% US locations
- Experience conducting customer training and software adoption programs.
- Background in retail, petroleum, agriculture, or distribution industries is a plus.
