Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of commercial and industrial construction projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously across varying stages of completion. This role involves project management, estimating, scope development, proposal preparation, change order management, and as-built plan redlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Negotiate subcontracts through thorough bid analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness; identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Pre-qualify subcontractors by verifying references and relevant work experience.
- Distribute project schedules to subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to drive timely project delivery.
- Provide comprehensive scheduling and coordination for each project, including daily progress monitoring across all phases.
- Review plans and specifications to identify the most cost-effective approaches.
- Manage project staffing, logistics plans, budgets, deadlines, and documentation.
- Monitor and enforce on-site safety protocols in coordination with subcontractors.
- Maintain thorough records throughout construction and deliver complete, accurate, and timely final documentation (O&M Manuals).
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, consistently delivering an exceptional level of service.
- Mentor and coach direct reports to support their professional growth and performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in construction management and/or engineering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional in both appearance and communication.
