501659 Contract Administrator
Work Location: Huntsville, Alabama
Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)
Relocation: Negotiable
IronMountain solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator. Contract Administrator is required to administer various complex government or commercial contracts such as CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ, GWAC, BPA from cradle to grave.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for contract review, negotiations, preparation and administration of contractual documents and customer interface from award to project close-out
- Strong working knowledge of FARs, DFARs, and GSA regulations
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, manage time effectively and work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- May prepare, review and negotiate Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements.
- Ensures timely processing of technical reports and deliverables.
- Interfaces with multiple levels of operations personnel and administrative staff related to contract issues and actions.
- Tracks and monitors the execution of tasks
- May be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite of products with an emphasis on Excel and Word
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others in various roles in and outside of the company
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to change.
- Must have the ability to work well with others.
- Strong understanding of DFAR/FAR Data Rights is desired
- Experience administering Express and/or OASIS+ contracts is desired
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, Contract Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 1-3 years of experience in contract administration is preferred
