Bilingual Spanish Care Navigator (After-Hours)

• →Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related care fields
• →Experience supporting older adults, caregivers, persons living with cognitive and behavioral disorders like dementia, complex care, or mental health
• →Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• →Ability to handle emotional conversations with steadiness and empathy
• →Ability to work rotating shifts including nights & weekends
• →Reliable internet + quiet/private remote workspace

• Prior dementia care or caregiver support experience
• Telehealth, call center, or hotline experience
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare helpful but not required
