Responsibilities

→Safely transport personnel around site and complete transfers between site and Mt Isa or Cloncurry Airports
→Support village operations during non-driving periods, including housekeeping, cleaning and catering assistance
→Deliver a high standard of customer service, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for residents
→Ensure vehicles are maintained, cleaned and presented to a high standard
→Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
→Maintain accurate trip and passenger records
→Comply with site driving accreditations, fatigue management and all safety requirements

Minimum 3 years’ professional bus driving experience OR
Minimum 2 years professional bus driving experience AND 1 year holding and operating commercial vehicles minimum of medium rigid class
QLD Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (essential)
Current Australian HR or MR licence (essential)
Flexible team player willing to assist across multiple operational areas
Strong understanding of safety, compliance and risk management
Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
