About the Role

Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join us in the position of Hospital Cleaner at Modbury Hospital (Modbury) on a Casual or Part Time basis.

Responsibilities

→Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties
→Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff
→Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety
→You must be able to work within a 24/7 rotating roster

Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
Flexibility to work a rotational roster; including early mornings, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essential
DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain, is essential
Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Hep B, Polio or willingness to obtain, as per SA Health Worker policy is essential
