Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and meeting standard behavioral KPIs.

Completes tasks effectively as a contributing member of sales projects.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Open and ready to receive tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Bachelor graduated with relevant major and minimum 3 years of sales experience.

Possess basic knowledge in one or two relevant fields and demonstrate the ability to complete multiple tasks or meet targets with guidance and support from a line manager or senior team member.

Show a strong willingness to learn and improve, especially in areas of personal development—having a "learning animal" mindset.

Understand and align with ITviec's vision and values, showing empathy and commitment to the company’s mission.

Apply ITviec's sales style, processes, and team rules consistently and effectively.

Be open and proactive in taking on additional tasks or projects within the Sales team.

Show a willingness to mentor and support junior team members as needed.
CRM Software Proficiency
ITviec product site and admin site Proficiency
Lead Generation & Qualification – Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
Product Knowledge – Deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
Basic Market Research – Ability to understand the market trend
Basic Data Analysis – Basic knowledge of using Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools for sales tracking.
English skill: good in reading and writing
Sales Skill – skill prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals, and handling objections.
Negotiation Skills – Knowing how to present value and close deals effectively.
Communication & Active Listening – Understanding client pain points and needs.
Persuasion – Convincing prospects and building strong relationships.
Resilience & Persistence – Handling rejections and keeping motivation high.
Time Management – Prioritizing tasks and managing follow-ups efficiently.
Empathy – Understanding customer pain points and providing solutions.
Team Collaboration – Working effectively with customer service, and senior sales teams.
