Control is handed back to the consumers by 24/7 live support through the iyzico mobile app and convenience in cancellation/returns processes. To this date, more than 2 million consumers shopped online under the security provided by iyzico Buyer Protection and this number is increasing daily. iyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed.

Design and execute new partnership strategies, managing projects end-to-end
Own and grow partner relationships for “Pay with iyzico” within the consumer ecosystem; onboard new partners, define business models, design flows, and drive continuous optimization
Manage third-party partnerships including issuing, payment processors, and card schemes
Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements within the fintech ecosystem; ensure internal alignment and manage relationships with regulatory authorities
Develop and optimize commercial models including revenue sharing, pricing, and profitability for ecosystem partnerships
Oversee and analyze campaign and partnership performance focusing on ROI, volume, and conversion metrics.
Develop and deliver reports and research presentations to support ecosystem management initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech or financial services
Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and partnership development
Commercial mindset with the ability to convert partnerships into tangible business outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership
Proven project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
Strong strategic foresight and a proven ability to deliver results under ambiguous conditions.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
