Providing merchants with an easy-to-use and secure platform that streamlines their payment acceptance processes, iyzico was acquired in 2019 by PayU, a global payment company. Today, iyzico operates within the Prosus Group, one of the world's largest technology investment groups.

In line with its vision to become one of the top five financial institutions in Türkiye, iyzico acquired Paynet in 2025 and continues to serve more than 185.000 merchants.

  • Manage the operational follow-up of merchant onboarding processes
  • Coordinate merchants' operational needs throughout post-sales processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Track open action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Manage and track operational workflows using Jira and other project management tools
  • Coordinate the timely collection of required documentation from merchants
  • Ensure operational readiness by coordinating all pre-go-live requirements
  • Prepare merchant data requests and support related reporting activities
  • Coordinate invoicing, settlement, and commercial documentation processes
  • Contribute to the preparation of dashboards and performance reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer management, sales operations, project coordination or a similar role is preferred
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce or similar workflow management tools is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to execution and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or financial services is preferred
