🔹 O que buscamos:

✅ Graduação em Engenharia de Produção ou áreas relacionadas
✅ Experiência em Indústria de Manufatura Eletrônica (EMS)
✅ Conhecimento em FMEA, Control Plan e metodologias de qualidade
✅ Vivência com solução de problemas utilizando 8D
✅ Conhecimento em MOST ou ferramentas similares é um diferencial
✅ Inglês intermediário será considerado um plus

🔹 Principais desafios:

⚙️ Desenvolver, implementar e otimizar processos de manufatura com foco em qualidade, produtividade e custo-benefício
📊 Monitorar indicadores e liderar ações de melhoria contínua para aumento de performance operacional
🚀 Atuar na introdução de novos produtos (NPI) e análises DFM para novos clientes e projetos
🏭 Identificar gargalos, balancear linhas de produção e implementar soluções para ganho de eficiência
🔧 Reduzir desperdícios, melhorar processos produtivos e garantir a confiabilidade operacional
🤝 Trabalhar em parceria com clientes e equipes multidisciplinares na resolução de desafios técnicos e melhoria dos processos
