Responsibilities

Assemble photonic components and systems according to detailed specifications and diagrams.
Perform precision alignment of optical components using fiContec 6 axis aligner .

Diagnose and resolve issues with photonic devices and manufacturing equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photonic manufacturing equipment.

Document and report any defects or discrepancies.

Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

Education: Associate Diploma or higher in Photonics, Optics, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in photonic or optical device manufacturing.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using optical alignment tools and equipment.- fiConTec ( 6 axis aligner )
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
