What You’ll Do

As an Experienced Tax Preparer, you’ll use your tax knowledge and people skills to:

Prepare accurate individual federal and state tax returns
Conduct one-on-one client tax interviews
Identify applicable credits, deductions, and tax-saving opportunities
Build relationships that keep clients coming back
Deliver an exceptional client experience
Stay current through ongoing tax education and training

What We’re Looking For

3+ tax seasons of hands-on experience working in a professional tax office
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence working directly with clients
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to continue learning
Experience in tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or customer service is a plus.
