This role is offered as a hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic or who have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.
Responsibilities

The Data Integrity Analyst I is an entry-level role within the Revenue Operations function, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within our CRM system. This role works to review and correct issues with data quality and maintain the integrity of critical business data that drives revenue operations and strategic decision-making.
- →Data Quality Management
- →Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and accuracy issues.
- →CRM field Validation and Testing
- →Systematically test and verify the accuracy of all CRM fields, including custom fields, calculated fields, and integration points.
- →Stakeholder Collaboration
- →Communicate data quality findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

- 1+ year of experience with Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- Experience building reports or dashboards in a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DOMO or similar tools for complex workflows and visualizations is a plus.
- Solid understanding of CRM objects, fields, calculations, and KPIs.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to troubleshoot end-to-end processes.
- Thrive under pressure in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
