Role Brief:
The E-commerce Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and scaling B2C sales across multiple external marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, TyresOnline, PitstopArabia, Sharaf DG, and Microless, as well as supporting the setup and operation of the company’s internal B2C platforms. The role will ensure that all products are accurately listed, promoted and maintained with accurate descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and real-time stock availability.

The position will drive sales performance through the planning, execution and optimization of online campaigns, promotions and advertisements, using platform analytics and performance tools to enhance visibility, conversion rates and overall revenue. It will involve continuous monitoring of competitor activity and pricing to maintain market-aligned and competitive pricing strategies

The E-commerce Sales Officer will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including monitoring incoming orders, coordinating with internal teams for timely fulfilment and ensuring seamless customer experience. This will include continuous monitoring of competitor activity and pricing to maintain market-aligned and competitive pricing strategies. The role will further involve ensuring pricing accuracy, following up on platform payments and reconciling receivables by resolving discrepancies related to returns, refunds, cancellations or billing issues.

The E-commerce Sales Officer will support expansion into new markets by coordinating with courier, logistics, and shipping partners to enable efficient cross-border e-commerce operations.


Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Marketing, e-commerce or related field.
  • 3 years of specialised experience in handling e-commerce sales.
  • Relevant e-commerce or digital marketing certification is an advantage.
  • Good coordination and communication skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Strong IT Aptitude.
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to evolving e-commerce platforms, tools, and market trends.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
