Title: Warehouse Officer (Inbound Operations)

Location: Warehouse (Dubai)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

 

Role Brief: 

The Warehouse Officer (Inbound) will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse inbound operations, including container planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, finance-related documentation, and returns processing. This role ensures smooth handling of goods, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.


Responsibilities:

 

The responsibilities would include but not limited to:

 

The role is responsible for coordinating inbound warehouse activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage and documentation of incoming shipments. The role involves planning container offloading based on stock and sales requirements, allocating warehouse space for incoming shipments, coordinating with transporters and liaising with the logistics team. The officer also communicates shipment schedules to warehouse staff and provides packing lists to support effective offloading and space planning.

 

The position maintains accurate operational records by updating Delivery Orders and Inter-Branch Transfers, maintaining container offloading documentation, uploading container photos and reporting discrepancies to the finance team. Inventory responsibilities include barcode scanning of inbound stock with serial number tracking, updating product information, maintaining stock levels and conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

 

The role also supports logistics coordination, including reporting container damage, updating port authorities on truck arrivals and arranging internal stock transfers. Additional responsibilities include assisting with financial documentation, managing claims and sales returns, maintaining ESMA label records and handling non-sale inventory such as promotional items and spare parts while ensuring accurate system updates on company platforms.

 

Desired Profile:


  • Minimum 04 years’ experience in professional logistics and warehouse management.
  • Proven capability of team working in dynamic environments.
  • Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock-taking processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • ICT aptitude and proficiency. 
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages (preferable).
  • UAE Driving license.
