The anticipated application window will close on October 23, 2026.    Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Supporting and developing the entire manufacturing or assembly team, including a minimum of four Team Leaders and fifty Team Members Manage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning, organizing, staffing, etc. Responsible for meeting production requirements while also meeting performance metrics in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Other duties as assigned   Minimum Qualifications High school diploma Five years of previous manufacturing experience Three years in a leadership role Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.   Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field 5 – 7 years of assembly experience in a related industry 5 years in a leadership role   Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP Effective verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills Able to use creative problem-solving skills Detail oriented and self-directed Ability to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency Ability to be flexible with work activities Ability to give direction well, either verbal or written   Job Conditions Manufacturing/factory environment. Must be able to perform the following requirements of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, and dusty environment.
