• →Assist experienced Auto Body Technicians with collision repairs
• →Learn and perform basic repairs and replacement of damaged body panels and components
• →Assist with vehicle tear-downs and reassembly
• →Learn proper repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
• →Use hand, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools safely and properly
• →Assist with welding, cutting, sanding, and other repair processes as trained
• →Help prepare vehicles for the next stage of the repair process
• →Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• →Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• →Communicate with technicians and Estimators regarding repair needs
• →Follow all dealership, factory, and safety procedures

• Some previous experience in auto body, collision repair, or automotive repair
• Basic understanding of vehicle body repair and shop safety
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening
