Accounts Payable Specialist in Armenia

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Yerevan.

• Review vendor invoices and requisitions for payment approval.
• Obtain information and data regarding vendor invoice payments.
• Interact with other departments regarding invoice approval and any purchase order discrepancies or disputes.
• Ensure a smooth workflow stream of vendor invoices and their booking in the ERP.
• Prepare payments using online banking systems.
• Process and handle reconciliation for credit card payments and petty cash transactions.
• Process travel and business expenses.

• Participate in book-closing routines.
• Contribute to process optimization and relevant projects.
• Perform other relevant tasks as delegated.

• A combination of education and experience relevant to the role.
• The desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise.
• Familiarity with ERP tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, communicative, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Armenian.
