Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.


About the role

The Crew Rostering Intern supports the Crew Rostering team within the Crew Operations department in daily rostering activities, operational follow-up, and data monitoring tasks.

The Crew Operations department is structured around three key areas:

  • Crew Support
  • Crew Planning
  • Crew Rostering


Responsibilities


Crew Rostering Support

  • Assist in the preparation and update of crew rosters
  • Support daily roster changes and operational adjustments
  • Help monitor crew availability, leave requests, training periods, and operational constraints
  • Ensure crew data and rostering information remain accurate in operational systems
  • Support roster consistency and operational follow-up activities

Data & Process Follow-up

  • Participate in rostering data checks and quality control activities
  • Assist in maintaining reliable operational follow-up tools and crew information
  • Contribute to the review and improvement of rostering procedures and workflows
  • Support administrative follow-up related to crew rostering activities

Operational Coordination

  • Support coordination between Crew Rostering and other internal departments according to operational needs
  • Assist the team with operational follow-up and day-to-day rostering support activities


Profile

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Structured, rigorous, and proactive mindset
  • Interest in aviation operations and crew rostering activities
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with operational tools and data follow-up
  • Fluency in French and English


Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

  • Bachelor's degree: €1,000
  • 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
  • Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500

Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
