Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Maintenance Software Product team. This role is deeply embedded in the product development lifecycle and contributes across discovery, definition, delivery, and validation of new and existing functionality.
Senior Business Analyst works closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear product and technical requirements, and support successful implementation. This includes activities such as stakeholder discovery sessions, requirements definition, wireframes and mockups, system support, user acceptance testing, and release coordination.
The ideal candidate is naturally analytical and curious, comfortable working with complex systems, and able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires someone who can quickly build domain knowledge, adapt to evolving customer needs, and contribute meaningfully to products in the business aviation industry.
This position reports to the Director of Product and collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external stakeholders.

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
