• →Coordinate entire arc of Discovery process for assigned participants
• →Work with participants to identify internship and employment opportunities; provide support as needed:
  • → On-board participants into internships
  • → Train participants on technical aspects of expectations
  • → Train employers regarding support needs of individuals; provide ongoing technical assistance to employers
• → Participate in recruiting participants 
• → Engage with employers; educate employers and staff; facilitate resolution of participant’s challenges.
• → Provide coaching, counseling and feedback when necessary; assists in identifying creative solutions to encourage smooth transitions
• → Other duties as assigned
