We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Employment Specialist. HireAbility offers a customized employment program to assist individuals living with an intellectual disability, mental illness, physical disability, or chronic disease by preparing them for employment.
Major Responsibilities:

Manage assigned caseload to Develop, change and track results of the job seeker’s goals.

Match a job seekers interests and abilities with available jobs. Look for new employers and nurture relationships with existing employers.

Conduct an assessment of each job seeker. Focus on total life experiences, not just work history, and interest.

Support job seeker in obtaining an interview for identified jobs. Attend interview if needed.
-
Support participants currently employed to increase skills, abilities, hours, duties, authority as desired by participant.
