This is a senior marketing role responsible for driving end-to-end content marketing strategy, execution excellence, and team capability building for Colors. The role owns launch and sustenance marketing for marquee properties, ensures disciplined ROI-led budget management, builds leadership depth within the team, and drives innovation across media, content, consumer insights, and technology.
Strategic Campaign Leadership: Own strategic planning, execution, and post-evaluation of launch and sustenance campaigns across fiction, non-fiction, events, and special properties. Drive learning-led optimisation by institutionalising campaign outcomes, reach movement analysis, and slot uplifts into future strategy. Define the role of key inputs such as GRPs, promotion windows, and forced sampling in maximising launch reach.
Consumer & Media Strategy Excellence: Anchor consumer research integration into campaign design and media choices. Lead innovation in media solutions and effective paid non-TV strategies.
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration: Provide senior leadership to collaborations with internal teams including Digital, OAP, Graphics, Content, Traffic, Presentation, Distribution, and Sales. Drive integrated B2B promotion initiatives with distribution partners and media agencies. Ensure seamless execution of brand integrations and partnership deliveries.
People Leadership & Capability Building: Build a self-sufficient leadership layer by coaching and developing next layers into independent owners. Set clear accountability, ensure equitable project allocation, and maintain high performance standards during peak-pressure timelines. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation.
AI Adoption & Transformation: Institutionalise disciplined adoption of AI tools across pitch development, creative ideation, copy optimisation, campaign planning, GTM decks, and leadership presentations. Improve speed, quality, and strategic sharpness of team outputs through AI-led workflows.
Budget Ownership & ROI Governance: Own and optimise the annual content marketing budget with an ROI-first mindset.Deliver consistently strong ROI while improving cost efficiency across TV, digital, OOH, print, and on-ground media. Institutionalise ROI-based evaluation at approval stage for all marketing investments.- Strong strategic thinking with proven experience in large-scale campaign leadership
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, media dynamics, and entertainment marketing
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Data-driven decision making and ROI orientation
- High innovation quotient with comfort in ambiguity and scale
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 12–14 years of experience in Content Marketing / Brand Marketing / Media / Communications within entertainment or consumer-facing industries
