Haustechniker Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)

• Gewerkeübergreifende Arbeiten als Haustechniker im Gebäudebetrieb
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit direkten Kollegen in der Haustechnik
• Durchführung, Begleitung und Unterstützung der Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
• Selbstständiges Ausführen von Rundgängen sowie Betreiben der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
• Regelmäßige und planbare Rufbereitschaft im Rotationssystem
• Koordination von Fremdfirmen und Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch Nachunternehmer

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, erste Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse der gängigen Vorschriften, Verordnungen und Normen
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
• Service-, Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
• Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Guter Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Programmen (MS Office, CAFM)
• Einen Führerschein der Klasse B
