Senior Professional, Valuation Advisory

• →Lead and manage valuation instructions for industrial and logistics assets across Nottingham and the wider Midlands region.
• →Prepare formal valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, and strategic acquisition advisory.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including major financial institutions, funds, developers, and private investors.
• →Collaborate closely with the wider regional Midlands team and the National team to share market insights and maximize business development opportunities.
• →Analyse market trends, transaction data, and yield profiles to provide accurate, forward-looking risk advisory.
• →Mentor and support junior team members and APC candidates in their professional development.

• MRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
• Proven experience in commercial property valuation, with a track record or strong interest in the Industrial & Logistics sector.
• Good knowledge of the Midlands commercial property market, particularly, the East Midlands.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Full UK driving license and the willingness to travel across the region for property inspections.
