JN Bank is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Credit Solutions Manager to contribute to the profitable growth and quality of our business credit portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned credit professional with strong analytical capabilities, sound lending judgment, and a passion for developing innovative financing solutions that meet client needs while effectively managing risk. Job Category: Managerial Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive credit risk and financial analyses and recommend appropriate lending structures, pricing, terms, and covenants. Assess the adequacy of collateral security, borrower financial strength, and debt-servicing capacity. Review commercial loan applications, identify key risk factors, and prepare credit proposals for presentation to adjudicating bodies. Structure tailored financing solutions that balance client objectives with the Bank’s risk appetite and credit policies. Partner with Relationship Managers and Corporate & Commercial Banking Managers to support business development opportunities. Monitor the quality and performance of the business credit portfolio and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Ensure adherence to lending policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements. Lead and support team members to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards. Maintain awareness of industry trends, legislative developments, and regulatory changes impacting business lending. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience. Proven experience in business lending, credit analysis, and credit underwriting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess lending risks and make sound credit recommendations. Knowledge of the Banking Services Act and Bank of Jamaica regulations relating to credit classification and non-accrual requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
