UK - On-Site Coordinator (Birmingham Area)

We are recruiting for an onsite coordinator to join our team at Hams Hall Birmingham for our client, a leading 3PL based at B46 1AL. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 06:00-18:00

Salary: £28,000

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: B46 1AL 

Key Duties as a Onsite Coordinator

• Checking and reporting daily attendance to the operations teams

• New starter engagement and supporting with any queries

• Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team

• Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site’s recruitment plan

• Collating and processing worker hours in line with the company payroll system

• Communicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as required

As an Onsite Coordinator, you will need to have:

• A good standard of verbal and written English

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Previous experience of working as a supervisor, team leader, patroller, or coordinator is required

• People management skills

• Flexible approach to shifts and working hours

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sense of humour, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
