We are looking for an Onsite Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients.

Shift pattern: Mon-Fri
Salary (per hour if temp/annual salary if perm): £29,000
Location (post code): NG34 9BL

Booking of staff for shifts to ensure orders are fulfilled

Updating of various reports and trackers

Ensuring maximum number of vacancies are filled each week

Advertising vacancies and pre screening candidates

Presenting group inductions

Carrying out right to work checks on applicants

Ensuring all induction packs are completed to the required standard

Running social media campaigns, ensuring all pages are updated, messages responded to etc.

Knowledge of right to work policies in the UK

Good people management skills

Confident in training and managing large groups of people

Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload

Ability to work productively under pressure

Positive can do attitude

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent organisational skills

Keen eye for detail

Knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word)

Driving licence would be an advantage as off site support is sometimes required

Strong IT skills for Google Sheets

Can use Technology to support with J&T App / Backoffice
