Requirements

Demonstrated professional experience building AI automations, AI agents, intelligent workflows, or related solutions.
Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered systems and integrating AI into real business workflows, products, or operational processes.
Strong understanding of AI automation concepts, workflow design, agent-based systems, integrations, and process optimization.
Experience using relevant AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, agent frameworks, or related technologies.
Ability to identify practical opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity, efficiency, or organizational capabilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
Ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly and translate them into actionable guidance for professionals.
Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt coaching sessions to different industries, professional backgrounds, and levels of technical expertise.
Comfortable working independently in a flexible, fully remote contract environment.
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn as AI automation and agent technologies evolve.
