Consolidate, structure, and analyze data from multiple platforms and information sources to support credit policy decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to optimize credit policies and business processes.
Develop analytical studies, business analyses, and executive presentations containing clear insights and strategic recommendations.
Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support decision-making and sustainable business results.
Automate data collection, treatment, processing, and visualization activities to improve efficiency and reliability.
Develop, enhance, and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Power BI.
Ensure the quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability of information used in analyses and reports.
Work closely with Modeling, Products, and Collections teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous evolution of analytical practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling using Star Schema.
Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP (PROCX), SUMIFS (SOMASES), and Power Query.
Proven experience analyzing and interpreting data to generate meaningful business insights.
Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience preparing analytical studies and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
Ability to communicate complex data and findings clearly to business stakeholders.
Experience applying artificial intelligence to data analysis or productivity is an advantage.
Previous experience in financial institutions, credit-related functions, data automation, or process improvement is desirable.
Strong autonomy, organization, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
