Operationalize employee termination processes, including calculations and homologations.

Manage vacation processes and monitor electronic timekeeping controls.

Administer employee benefits, including meal and food allowances, health insurance, and dental insurance.

Coordinate and monitor occupational health and safety routines, including scheduling and following up on periodic and other required medical examinations.

Provide employee support through communication channels such as Slack, email, and phone.

Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.

Develop or support tools, automations, and process improvements using technology and AI where appropriate.

Maintain accurate records and ensure personnel administration activities are performed consistently and within applicable requirements.
Requirements

Previous experience in Personnel Administration / Departamento Pessoal, particularly with terminations, vacations, benefits, electronic timekeeping, and occupational health routines.

Knowledge of payroll-related taxes and obligations, including FGTS, INSS, and IRRF.

Familiarity with Brazilian government systems and tools such as Conectividade Social, MTE, eSocial, and related platforms.

Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation as applied to personnel administration routines.

Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization, prioritization, and a strong sense of urgency.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to employee interactions.

Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Claude, Gemini, n8n, or similar solutions.

Experience with payroll, admissions, internship administration, or other personnel administration processes is a plus.

Experience with the Senior HCM system is desirable.

A degree, technical degree, or relevant training in Human Resources or Personnel Administration is a plus.

Experience implementing process automation using AI is an advantage.
