Analista de Riscos e Controles Internos Júnior (Foco em Privacidade de Dados e LGPD)

You will support the execution and continuous improvement of a data privacy program, helping strengthen compliance with the LGPD.
The role combines data mapping, privacy assessments, policy support, awareness initiatives, and interaction with business teams.
You will work with different areas and stakeholders to identify how personal data is processed and promote responsible data practices.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of the LGPD and fundamental concepts related to privacy and personal data protection.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with different business areas and organizational levels.

• Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop professionally in privacy and data protection.

• Previous experience in privacy, compliance, legal, governance, risk, or internal controls is a plus.

• Knowledge or practical experience with Data Mapping and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Information Security concepts and frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 31000, or COSO is desirable.

• Experience supporting training and awareness initiatives or handling data subject requests is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.

• A valid driver’s license is considered a plus.
