Analista de Sistemas Pleno

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on building and improving business processes through ServiceNow.
You’ll translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, integrations, and technical solutions.
The role combines systems analysis, low-code development, JavaScript, data modeling, and API integrations.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Your work will contribute to greater efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and system integration.

• Previous experience analyzing, specifying, and customizing business workflows and processes.

• Knowledge of development in low-code platforms and solid programming logic.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript.

• Familiarity with system integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.

• Ability to model data, entities, and relationships based on business processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for producing and maintaining technical documentation.

• Proactive and curious mindset, with autonomy and willingness to continuously learn.

• Creativity and structured problem-solving skills when addressing technical and business challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
