Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 applications: Design, build, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
Build customer-facing applications: Develop and maintain customer portals and related digital applications that deliver accessible, reliable, and user-friendly experiences.
Manage the full software development lifecycle: Translate requirements into technical designs, write and test code, troubleshoot defects, deploy enhancements, and provide ongoing application support.
Implement customer service capabilities: Enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality and support the integration of modern customer engagement technologies.
Develop AI-powered solutions: Contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, conversational chat, and other AI-enabled customer service capabilities.
