Working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, you will translate customer needs into scalable product experiences and successful releases.
You will also engage directly with clients, manage escalations, and guide stakeholders through product changes and launches.
The role combines technical product management, strategic thinking, customer partnership, and people leadership.
You’ll have significant autonomy to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and shape the future of a data-driven healthcare product.
This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare organizations and the populations they serve.

  • Communicate product updates across the organization and provide clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and upcoming changes.

  • Work directly with clients to understand needs, resolve escalations, and ensure product decisions remain grounded in customer outcomes.

  • Develop monthly roadmaps, pod-level quarterly roadmaps, and product-level roadmap recommendations aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Identify potential dependencies across products and proactively bring them to the broader product organization for discussion and resolution.

  • Lead and develop direct reports by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career growth and development.

  • Facilitate Scrum processes and contribute to a disciplined, collaborative software development lifecycle.
