System monitoring: Monitor system alerts, notifications, and operational dashboards throughout assigned shifts and identify issues requiring attention.

Troubleshooting: Follow established troubleshooting protocols and flowcharts to diagnose and address operational issues efficiently.

System recovery: Execute approved corrective actions, including restarting hardware systems when appropriate, and escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior engineering personnel.

Issue resolution: Ensure alerts and operational issues are addressed within established timeframes, escalating promptly when resolution requires additional expertise.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of alerts, troubleshooting activities, actions taken, escalations, and resolutions.

Technical operations: Develop a strong working understanding of novel electro-mechanical hardware systems and their operating processes.

Independent execution: Work reliably and independently during assigned afternoon and weekend shifts while following defined procedures and operational standards.

Coverage support: Provide flexible coverage for open shifts, vacations, absences, and changing operational requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Relevant experience: Previous experience in operations, dispatch, customer support, technical support, or a comparable environment.

Technical aptitude: Comfortable learning and working with technical systems, dashboards, alerts, and operational monitoring tools.
