This is a strategic, fully remote opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer who can translate complex business objectives into differentiated marketing solutions.
You will serve as a subject-matter expert across B2B and partner marketing, shaping strategies that support demand generation, growth, retention, and customer engagement.
The role combines strategic consulting, communications planning, sales enablement, marketing technology, analytics, and AI-powered workflows.
You will work closely with sales, solutions, advertising, technology, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling client solutions and proposals.
The position offers significant influence, requiring you to challenge conventional approaches and identify innovative ways to improve marketing performance.
You will also help advance B2B marketing practices by applying market insights, emerging technologies, and evolving AI capabilities.
Success requires strong commercial judgment, persuasive communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Define strategic direction for B2B marketing solutions, translating client objectives and business challenges into differentiated and defensible recommendations.

Develop and enhance B2B communications planning methodologies, incorporating modern marketing practices and capabilities across demand generation, up-sell/cross-sell, and renewal journeys.

Provide proactive strategic support to sales teams and B2B clients, contributing to proposals, new business opportunities, and solution development.

Collaborate with sales, solutions, advertising, development, program management, and other specialist teams to design integrated marketing solutions.

Assess client and end-customer insights, market trends, historical performance, and industry best practices to inform strategic recommendations.

Maintain a strong understanding of marketing technology, advertising technology, data, analytics, and the broader B2B marketing ecosystem.

Actively use AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable solutions for research, competitive analysis, strategic development, and proposal creation.

Monitor developments in machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI and advise teams on their potential applications within marketing and communications.

Build and maintain relationships with relevant technology partners that strengthen marketing capabilities and solution offerings.

Create persuasive communications and presentation materials that clearly articulate service offerings, value propositions, differentiators, and business outcomes for different audiences.

Educate internal stakeholders on evolving B2B marketing practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic capabilities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

7–9 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing strategy and solution design.

Proven experience designing B2B marketing solutions that address client objectives and measurable business outcomes.

Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, customer engagement, retention, and partner marketing.

Demonstrated fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms, using them effectively to accelerate strategic analysis and client recommendations.

Strong knowledge of marketing technology and advertising technology, with the ability to evaluate how data, technology, and analytics can support B2B campaigns.

Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is an asset; experience in the automotive or technology sectors is also advantageous.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for persuasive, diplomatic, technical, and executive audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to define complex problems, gather and interpret data, establish facts, and develop innovative solutions.

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and strategic initiatives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate, present solutions, and contribute to closing business opportunities.

Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and attention to detail.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build productive relationships across sales, technology, marketing, and other specialist functions.
