      • Support user acceptance testing, release planning, change management, and deployment activities.

      • Maintain production readiness through effective scheduling, orchestration, monitoring, incident triage, and operational support practices.

      • Documentation, Governance, and Security

        • Create and maintain technical documentation, including business rules, data lineage, technical specifications, source-to-target mappings, runbooks, and support procedures.

        • Support data governance, metadata management, data stewardship, reporting standards, and data-quality initiatives.

        • Help maintain appropriate access controls and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information.

        • Promote consistency, reliability, and compliance across data development and reporting processes.

        • Optimization and Technical Leadership

          • Identify and implement improvements to the performance, reliability, automation, efficiency, and supportability of existing BI solutions.

          • Contribute technical expertise to projects, system enhancements, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

          • At the Lead level, guide technical decisions, establish and improve development standards, mentor developers and analysts, and coordinate the resolution of complex production issues.
